What should I do if I forget my password?
How do I reset my password?
Once logged into your account, click "My Account" at the top of the page. In the new window, click "Manage My Account." Scroll down to find "My Password" and click "Edit" on the right. Follow the on-screen instructions.
How long will items remain in my shopping cart?
If you are logged in, items will remain in your cart indefinitely.
Are all in-store products available online, and vice versa?
No. Some products, such as live pets and services, are available exclusively in-store, while others may be limited to online purchases only.
How do I sign up for email notifications?
Join our VIP Rewards program, and you will automatically be added to our email list. This also enrolls you in our membership system, where your order history and points will be permanently saved, plus you'll receive exclusive discounts.
Can I change my email address?
Unfortunately, we currently don't support email address changes. You will need to create a new account. However, feel free to contact us by email, and we can assist in transferring any points from your previous account.
I forgot to log in. Can I still add points or bags to my KIKOPALS account?
Absolutely! To add points from a previous purchase, email us at customer@kikopals.cc with your order number and account details, and we'll take care of it!
How can I update my KIKOPALS account information?
No problem — updating your information is quick and easy.

• In the dashboard, update the personal, shipping, or billing information you want to change.
• Once done, click "Submit" or "Save Address."
How can I view my order history?
If you registered an account with us, viewing your order history is simple. Here's how:

• You will see a list of all previous orders.

VIP Rewards Program
Does it cost anything to join the VIP Rewards Program?
No, membership is free.
How does the points system work?
For every dollar you spend, you earn 1 point and 1 Koin. As your points accumulate, your membership level will upgrade, granting you permanent discounts that can be combined with other promotions (see VIP Rewards Loyalty Terms & Conditions for more details). Additionally, you’ll unlock more perks when reaching specific levels. For Koins, 100 Koins can be redeemed for a $5 reward, and you will be notified by email when you redeem them. Once redeemed, your Koin balance will decrease accordingly.
Will my points ever expire?
No, the points you earn through purchases and activities will never expire! We believe in respecting our customers.
Do coupons for membership upgrades expire?
Yes, they are valid for three months. Please use them within this time frame.
Are membership discounts permanent?
Yes! Each membership level comes with a permanent discount, which can be combined with other promotions.
Will my membership level decrease if I redeem points?
No! Your earned points are divided into two categories: points for redemption and points for upgrading your membership level. So feel free to redeem without worry!
What if I don’t want to use my reward right away?
No problem! You can save your reward for your next purchase. The reward is valid for three months.
Can I transfer points to another account?
We generally do not allow point transfers, unless your original account will no longer be used. In that case, email us, and we will assess the situation. We reserve the right to deny requests.
Are there any restrictions on what I can redeem with points?
There are currently no restrictions. If you notice any issues with redemption during checkout, please contact our customer service team.

When will my order be shipped?
We process orders within 1-3 business days after receiving payment.
How long will it take to receive my order?
If the item is from our U.S. inventory, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after processing. For other items, shipping times depend on the method selected:
• Express: 3-10 business days
• Standard: 7-20 business days after dispatch
Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak periods or if the package is held at customs. In special cases, delivery may be delayed by 5 business days. How do I change my shipping address?

What is the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over $69! For orders under $69, standard shipping costs $8.99.
How do I track my order?
Select "Track Order" from the main menu or footer. Simply enter your tracking number or order number to receive the latest shipping status.
What should I do if my package is lost?
We provide 100% compensation for packages lost in transit.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

How do I return an item?

Why does my order show multiple charges?
When you place an order, KIKOPALS contacts your card issuer to verify your account and reserve the funds. This may appear as a pending charge, also known as an authorization hold. We only charge your card when your items ship.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
We currently do not accept cash on delivery. Please place your order online, and we will arrange shipping as soon as possible.
