Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. This email will include details about the items you ordered and your shipping information. Please verify the details (country, street number, company name, unit, etc.) and contact us immediately if there are any mistakes. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before reaching out to us.

We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days. However, processing times may be longer during peak periods (holidays, major sales, etc.). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number.

Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak periods or due to customs checks. In some cases, there may be an additional delay of up to 5 business days. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
After placing your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email. Once your items have shipped, a Shipment Confirmation email will be sent, which includes your order number, carrier information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. You can track your shipment on the carrier’s official website after 24 hours.
When the parcel arrives in your country, your local postal service will take over. You can then track the parcel on your local postal service’s website using the same tracking number. If the tracking indicates that delivery was unsuccessful, please contact your local post office for further information as they will have details we may not have access to.

Please be aware that tracking is active for 60 days. After this period, we will not be able to provide assistance.
Delivery Issues
We take every precaution to ensure that products are not damaged during transit. If your item is damaged upon delivery, please email customer@kikopals.cc within 3 business days, including a picture of the damaged item.
If possible, record any delivery issues (damaged or soaked package, torn or bent products, etc.) and report them to the carrier upon receiving your order.
Changing Shipping Address
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please email customer@kikopals.cc as soon as possible.
Important Notes
In the event of force majeure, order processing may be delayed. However, we will process your order as soon as conditions permit. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Any package returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be re-shipped at your expense. You will also be responsible for shipping costs for returned products unless it is a quality issue.
