RETURNS OR REPLACEMENT
Our policy lasts for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return. Additionally, items returned after 14 days will not be accepted.
Notes:
- Do not return any orders without prior communication.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. We will inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on the payment method:
- Credit or Debit Card: Refunds will be sent to your card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Contact your card-issuing bank for additional questions.
- PayPal: Refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within 3 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customer@kikopals.cc.
SHIPPING
To return your product, email us at customer@kikopals.cc. Our staff will provide further instructions. Do not return products without confirmation, as our warehouse may not be able to identify the sender, resulting in an unavailable refund.
There is no restocking fee for returns.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
For items over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Notes:
- You are responsible for the shipping fee for returns if the return is not due to a quality issue.
RETURN ADDRESS
Please contact us at customer@kikopals.cc to obtain the return address. Do not return products before receiving confirmation via email from customer@kikopals.cc.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Returns or replacements are only applicable to devices purchased on kikopals.com. If you purchased your KikoPals device from a third-party seller, please reach out to the seller directly.
- Once your package is received and checked to verify that warranties are still valid, we will issue a full refund or a replacement for all eligible products.
- All accessories must be new and unopened to be eligible for refunds. Devices must be in "as new" condition, preferably with the original sealed packaging intact.
- For returns without a quality issue, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If your device is faulty/DOA, we will reimburse the shipping fee after inspection and confirmation that your device is within warranty.
