Becoming a VIP Member (Very Important Pet “VIP” Rewards Member)
The VIP Rewards Program is free to join. No purchase is required to become a VIP Rewards Member at KIKOPALS. Participation is prohibited where prohibited by law.
Registration Requirements
• Individuals must provide their first and last name, phone number, and email address.
• Each person may only hold one VIP account. Multiple members from the same household are not allowed to create a "family" account.
• VIP members are responsible for keeping their personal information up to date through online updates.
Once registered, VIP members can start earning points immediately.

Earning Points
Points can be earned by purchasing most items sold online or in-store.
Points cannot be earned on state, federal, or local taxes, trial products, or fees. -

In addition to the benefits listed above, we offer free gifts and professional pet consultations to different membership levels. Please keep an eye on your email, and make sure not to block us!
Points are earned on most products sold online or in-store and are calculated in U.S. dollars. Points are accumulated based on the post-tax, post-discount, or post-coupon transaction subtotal and are credited to the VIP member’s account within 48 hours of purchase.
VIP points cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value.

Redeeming Rewards
Redeeming rewards: 100 Koin can be exchanged for a $5 coupon. Additional details can be found in the membership section at the bottom right of the page.
Rewards cannot be used to pay taxes, purchase gift cards or vouchers, or for trial products.
When redeeming rewards, VIP members must use the full value of the reward. If the total amount of the reward is less than $5, the remaining balance will be forfeited. Multiple rewards may be redeemed in a single transaction.
Points redeemed for rewards are separate from points earned for membership upgrades. Redeeming rewards will not impact your membership progress and will not lower your membership level.

Expiration of Points and Rewards
Current policy: VIP accounts with no transactions for up to 1 year will not lose their point balance. However, we reserve the right to modify this policy in the future. -
Returns
Any points earned from a returned item will be deducted from the VIP account. -
VIP Account Management
In most cases, VIP members' points cannot be combined with points or benefits from other VIP members, unless special approval is given by customer service. -
Additional Information
All applicable sales taxes are the responsibility of the VIP member.
